French apparel and accessories brand Lacoste, official sponsors of the Dubai Duty-Free Tennis Championships in Q1 2018, continued their support of the DTC Tennis Clinic Day for children with special needs.
The popular Clinic Day saw over 90 children from Al Noor Training Centre, Manzil Centre, Sunmarke School, Dubai Autism Centre and Dubai Centre for Special Needs participating in fun activities and tennis coaching at the Dubai Tennis Stadium. The Lacoste player, Latisha Chan, joined in the fun and helped coach the new tennis pros, alongside local influencers, which included Mina al Sheikhly, Dana Hourani and Kat Lebrasse, and radio presenters Eve Jaso and Maz Hakim to name a few. After an hour of excitement and fun the kids enjoyed a lunch onsite.
For several of the schools, these tennis clinics are something they look forward to all year, as does Lacoste.
The Clinic Day is just one of many campaigns Lacoste participates in to help charities around the world. The brand is also proud of their René Lacoste Foundation, which aims to help young people, both in France and abroad, to find their way in life through sport.
