Chef Andrès Delpeut is continuously looking for creative ways to

Bridges Dining is a with a Michelin-star rewarded fish restaurant, where you can choose between a wide variety of à la carte options or a special Chef ’s menu (4, 5 or 6 courses). A unique feature of Bridges Dining is the Chef ’s Table in the heart of the kitchen, where you can enjoy the magic of the kitchen brigade up close (max. 6 people).
For private events, Bridges Dining also provides a Private Dining area, where you can enjoy an intimate dinner in the comfort of your own private space. The Private Dining features its own cocktail station, cigar cabinet and a selection of specialty whiskeys. This private room is suitable for parties up to 12 people.
Bridges BarBistro offers an all-day menu with worldly influences to please all senses of taste. Indulgence without rules or borders; forget the classical order of starters and main courses and just choose what you like. Andrès Delpeut
Executive Chef
Andrès Delpeut (1972) has been reigning over Bridges since August 2016. He was formerly the Executive Chef of Restaurant Anna and Brasserie Harkema in Amsterdam and has years of experience in directing various kitchens at management level. Furthermore, he is no stranger to the world of Michelin-stars; when he was 26 he received his first Michelin-star at Restaurant De Roggebot in 2000, this made him one of the youngest chefs with a star in The Netherlands. One year later he was chosen as one of the top 20 best chefs in The Netherlands by Elsevier. He previously worked with Ron Blaauw as Culinary Director at Brasserie Paardenburg. Delpeut describes his dishes as “classic, creative dishes with international influences and a unique twist; unexpected combinations that work”. His boundless talent and continual pursuit of the ultimate level are perfectly suited to the edifying gastronomic quality and service found at Bridges.
