After operated for 3 years, Komaneka opened a more tranquil property in Tanggayuda with 20 villas and now present 35 villas including the signature of Bale Daja our spacious luxury two bedrooms pool villa, dedicated to honeymooners and couples in romantic getaways.
By 2008, an enchanting property is created in a spectacular setting of Bisma Street. This property features 44 unit including Bisma Suite rooms in a 4-storey building and sophisticated villas leans to the cliff, overlooking the Campuhan river valley with its sloping coconut groves and rice fields. By September 2011 a 30 units of the famous deluxe collection and 2 Roof-top villa is opened which located in the lively Monkey Forest Road, a 100 meters from the 1st Komaneka at Monkey Forest.
