(1972) has been reigning over Bridges since August 2016. He was formerly the Executive Chef of Restaurant Anna and Brasserie Harkema in Amsterdam and has years of experience in directing various kitchens at management level. Furthermore, he is no stranger to the world of Michelin-stars; when he was 26 he received his first Michelin-star at Restaurant De Roggebot in 2000, this made him one of the youngest chefs with a star in The Netherlands. One year later he was chosen as one of the top 20 best chefs in The Netherlands by Elsevier. He previously worked with Ron Blaauw as Culinary Director at Brasserie Paardenburg. Delpeut describes his dishes as “classic, creative dishes with international influences and a unique twist; unexpected combinations that work”. His boundless talent and continual pursuit of the ultimate level are perfectly suited to the edifying gastronomic quality and service found at Bridges.
