Sports stars provide us with hours and hours of solid entertainment. In return for endless amounts of entertainment, sporting greats are paid millions of pounds to provide us with high quality, consistent performances. The question is - who are the most valuable sportsmen?
According to Forbes, two Golfers remain the leading money men in global sport. Both Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson top the most valuable athlete list while Ballon d'Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo is the only footballer to feature in Forbes' list of the top 10 most valuable athlete brands of 2015. The Real Madrid star is eighth in the list, with a value of $16m (£10.4m).
NOTE; The publication released its yearly list Thursday, with Woods' "brand" being valued at $30 million for 2015. Forbes defines an athlete's brand value as "[his or her] endorsement income.
