Adam Riccio, Managing Director of NEW EVOLUTION INTERIOR DECORATIONS & Leali Ezzat, Founder & Design Director of ELE INTERIOR DESIGN sat down for an inspiring interview with Life Beyond Sport to talk about their businesses and collaboration!
TELL US ABOUT THE TWO COMPANIES?
Leali: We are a fusion of two companies combining interior design and decoration to manufacturing and installing which enables the client to have all the solutions they need for the project. From my side, I do the designing and decoration. We start by getting the layouts and making space plantings and then we apply the 3D areas and design. Once the client has approved our design, we work closely with New Evolution to turn them into reality.
Adam: We then take the designs and work out the most efficient way to build the products. We methodically break each item down into a detailed quotation. Once the quote is approved by the client we go to production. After manufacturing the product and completing quality control, the items are delivered to the site where they are received by one of our dedicated engineers who oversees the installation of all of our products.
WHAT MAKES NEW EVOLUTION & ELE INTERIOR STAND OUT AS A COMPANY?
Adam: We are a family run fit out company based in Dubai. We offer full turn key solutions. We also specialize in manufacturing high-end bespoke furniture as well as kitchens, bathroom vanity, walk in closets etc. Most other fit out companies in Dubai outsource all manufactured products which leads to longer lead times and less control over the quality of the product.
Leali: we are a company based in dubai also working in international projects. We offer high design and decorative ideas, follow by the requirements of the clients.
WHAT IS THE SUCCESS STORY OR ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS COLLABORATION?
Leali: When collaborating together on a number of high end projects we have really refined the process of working together which has resulted in some of the most outstanding and beautifully finished Homes. You can view some our projects on our Instagram page Eleinterior.

WHAT ARE SOME CHALLENGES THAT YOU HAVE FACED AND HOW DID YOU OVERCAME THEM?
Adam: Finding the right products in Dubai is sometimes a challenge because everything is spread out and it’s quite a new market. Things that are on the shelf in Europe you won’t find so easily here but the more we search for it, the more we try and support the countries economy and give the local market suppliers a chance to provide us the products we need. We also import specific products if requested.
Leali: We always try to offer European, high quality products for a reasonable price, but sometimes it’s a challenge to find them. That’s where we like to support our country and search for the best materials in the market.
DO YOU HAVE ANY GOALS FOR YOUR PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE TWO COMPANIES?
Leali: As a partnership we would like to show our clients especially in these markets, we can offer high end quality finished products and designs. We want to make our clients happy by using their own style ideas and deliver European standards that they are used to. I can say, this is the goal for this year.
Adam: The great thing about a design and fit out company working together on a regular basis is that we are building a strong relationship and understanding of how we both work which makes the next project easier to work on. we are always on the lookout for exclusive projects to collaborate on together.
INTERIOR DECORATION, HOW DO YOU RELATE PERSONALLY?
Leali: It depends on style. Interior decoration now in 2019, people are looking more into contemporary style houses. They are looking for natural materials that bring warmth to the house. They want to feel happy and cozy. A house your personal space where you will spend quality time with your family so it’s the only place that you have to really feel comfortable. So in terms of interior decoration I would say that it depends on your personal style and ideas. We are here to guide you in terms of creativity and helping you to make a home with your expectation budget.
Adam: From our side it’s trying to find new ideas. There are so many companies that are doing the same run on the mill projects. We want to bring something different. We want someone to walk into a house and see something unusual that they have never seen before. Bold, fresh new ideas are what interest us in interior designs.
WORDS OF WISDOM OR PERSONAL MOTTO?
Adam: To have a positive outlook on life and have complete focus on achieving your goals with your clients requirements being the top priority.
Leali: Achieve your goals with your requirements, make a space that defines your personality. At the end you have to feel good and comfortable in your own house.
